Breathing – It is the most basic activity we do, but most of us are not getting it right. Just as we feel unwell if we do not eat properly, so too will our underlying health suffer if we are not breathing well.
Healthy breathing provides our body with the appropriate levels of oxygen in and carbon dioxide out. It therefore plays an important role in determining your body chemistry and function.
How do I know if my breathing is faulty?… If you snore, frequently yawn/sigh, feel out of breath easily, wake up tired, breathe through your mouth, upper chest breathe or are a noisy breather then yes your breathing is faulty.
Normal healthy breath should be silent, rhythmic, diaphragmatic and through the nose all day, all night and during exercise, talking and eating.
