Breathing Educator
A lifelong sports enthusiast, I’ve played tennis, netball, and hockey, and now enjoy tennis, surfing, and running. I also cherish time with family, friends, and our animals.
For over 25 years as a physio, I’ve explored various movement practices, including Pilates, Franklin Method, Gyrotonic, Yoga, and Martial Arts, learning from incredible teachers along the way.
As I taught Pilates and movement, I noticed how breathing played a key role in people’s progress. This led me to develop a special interest in normal breathing, and I’m thrilled to see the positive impact it has on my clients.
Currently, I’m studying Connect Therapy by LJ Lee, a Canadian Physiotherapist whose work is incredible in treating the whole person. I’m excited to continue learning and growing.
I truly enjoy meeting people, hearing their stories, and helping them unlock their body’s potential. Every client teaches me something new.

My journey into Pilates began with my personal experience of overcoming chronic back pain, which led me to explore the incredible power of movement and body awareness.
What started as a way to heal my body quickly became a profound passion that transformed my life - both physically and mentally.
Before becoming a Pilates instructor, I worked as a chef, but I was drawn to help others achieve the same relief and strength I found through Pilates. I’m fortunate to have trained with some incredible physiotherapists, which allowed me to blend Pilates principles with insights from advanced techniques, like ultrasound workshops, to create a style that’s both gentle and deeply effective.
For over a decade, I’ve been working with clients from all walks of life, tailoring my approach to their unique needs. Whether you're dealing with pain, recovering from injury, or simply seeking to improve your overall wellness, I’m here to guide you towards a more balanced, stronger, and pain-free life.

I’m originally from Venezuela and moved to Sydney in 2012 for what was meant to be a six-month holiday, but it looks like we’re here to stay! I’m a mum to two boys, Benji and Adrian, and a passionate Pilates teacher.
Before arriving in Australia, I was a professional dancer and discovered Pilates as part of my training. I loved it so much that I pursued formal certification, along with a Certificate IV in Personal Training. After becoming a mother, I trained as a Birth and Postpartum Doula, which deepened my understanding of empathy and connection.
I’ve since integrated these lessons into my Pilates practice, developing a program that supports both birth preparation and postpartum recovery through movement, balance, and mind-body awareness. I’m passionate about helping clients understand their bodies, improve movement, and live pain-free. Every day, I’m inspired by the opportunity to work with incredible people and be part of a community that values strength, mindfulness, and personal growth.

I’ve always had a passion for health, well-being and movement. I discovered Pilates as a teenager while recovering from sports injuries. I returned in my early 20s after a shoulder injury, it was essential for my rehabilitation and to get me back to work. I enjoyed my time in the pilates studio and felt the benefit physically and mentally which sparked my desire to train and teach.
I trained with Polestar and BASI, earning my full qualification in 2021. Having personally experienced the transformative effects of Pilates on both my body and injury recovery, I believe it offers benefits for everyone. I love working with clients to understand their unique goals and supporting them on their Pilates journey.
Outside of Pilates, I enjoy travel, cooking, hiking, and spending time with my partner and dogs.
