TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This is a 4 weekly rolling membership payment. You will be charged today and every 4 weeks thereafter until you cancel it by emailing The Pilates Centre Mosman here.
Membership must be valid to secure your permanent spot.
Dishonoured payment incurs a $39.80 fee to your nominated bank/credit card. This is a bank generated charge.
Membership On-Hold Periods (Payment Suspension)
During each membership year, membership can be placed on hold for a maximum of 8 weeks with a minimum on-hold period of 2 weeks at a time. Every suspension period will incur an admin fee of $10. Permanent booking slots will be unaffected.
In order to put membership on hold, we require 36 hours notice via email.
Notice to cancel memberships
All memberships are set to automatically roll over to another membership period. If you choose to terminate your membership, written (email) notification is required 2 weeks before the commencement of the next membership period. If it is not canceled within 2 weeks, then the following 4 weeks will be charged.
We may change these direct debit terms and/or pricing at any time by providing you with 30 days advance written notice of such changes.
Class scheduling and cancellations
Allotted classes and sessions as per membership package do not roll over after the end of each 4 week period. You can book a catch-up class within the 4 week period. As an alternate catch-up, on request, an online video may be supplied. It is your responsibility to schedule your own classes using the online booking system or app. Members must provide 8 hours’ notice to cancel a class. If you do not give sufficient notice, the class will be debited from their weekly allowance of classes.
Our membership packages, class blocks, casual classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused classes are not rolled over to the next period. If you are unsatisfied with the services provided or believe that you may be entitled to a refund, then you are required to contact us directly via email, outlining the reason why you believe you are entitled to a refund so that we are able to adequately respond to your request. Please note that a refund made under these circumstances will incur a 10% charge on the amount refunded to cover admin and Ezidebit fees.
Q: How is my Membership “Personalised” – Where is the value?
A: Our team is lead by an experienced Physiotherapist who (if needed) oversees your program, looks at your scans, talks to your practitioners and checks with your instructor about your progress.
Our incredible team of instructors, with a vast amount of knowledge and experience, work closely together, so you get the best of all our combined training.
Membership includes Private classes and access to Reformer Circuit training on top of your regular classes – both of which can be booked to suit your personal schedule. All clients have different needs and goals. We are committed to helping you establish a regular effective exercise program that leaves you amazed with what your body can achieve and how good you can feel.
Q: Can I suspend my Membership?
A: Yes, absolutely you can. If you’re going away for two weeks or more you simply pay an admin fee of $10 for us to put your payment and your permanent slot on hold until your restart date. You just have to give us 2 days notice to get this organised for you.
Q: Is it $10 a week the whole time I’m away?
A: No, it is only a one-time fee for the time you’re away.
Q: What if I go away more than once in a year?
A: No problem, you just let us know with 2 days notice and we can suspend your membership again. For each time you suspend your membership a $10 admin fee will apply.
Q: Will I lose my time slot if I go away on holiday?
A: No, not if you choose to suspend your account and pay the $10 admin fee. With your membership you are guaranteed your preferred time slot, even if you go on holiday and put your membership on hold for a few weeks. It all reactivates as soon as you return.
Q: What if I can’t make it to my scheduled class (illness, other appointment, etc.)?
A: During COVID, our cancellation policy is 8 hours before your class, to allow easy rescheduling for COVID health reasons. However, we have increased our rescheduling policy so that any early cancellation classes can be used within 5 weeks (previously 1 week).
