Membership On-Hold Periods (Payment Suspension)
During each membership year, membership can be placed on hold for a maximum of 8 weeks with a minimum on-hold period of 2 weeks at a time. Permanent booking slots will be unaffected unless you request an open ended suspension (no known hold period).
In order to put membership on hold, we require 36 hours notice via email.
Notice to cancel memberships
All memberships are set to automatically roll over to another membership period. If you choose to terminate your membership, written (email) notification is required 2 weeks before the commencement of the next membership period. If it is not canceled within 2 weeks, then the following 4 weeks will be charged.
Class scheduling and cancellations
Allotted classes and sessions as per membership package do not roll over after the end of each 4 week period. You can book a catch-up class within the 4 week period including 1 extra week after the 4 week period (5 weeks in total) or as an alternate catch-up, on request, an online video may be supplied. It is your responsibility to schedule your own classes using the online booking system or app.
Members must provide 12 hours’ notice to cancel a class. If you do not give sufficient notice, the class will be debited from their weekly allowance of classes.
Our membership packages, class blocks, casual classes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused classes are not rolled over to the next period. If you are unsatisfied with the services provided or believe that you may be entitled to a refund, then you are required to contact us directly via email, outlining the reason why you believe you are entitled to a refund so that we are able to adequately respond to your request. Please note that a refund made under these circumstances will incur a 10% charge on the amount refunded to cover admin and Ezidebit fees.
We may change these direct debit terms and/or pricing at any time by providing you with 30 days advance written notice of such changes.
Your fees include GST and will change in line with any GST rate changes.
You must keep your biller account details up to date and in funds for payment due dates. You authorise the biller to deduct any unpaid costs from failed payments from your account. The Pilates Centre Mosman is not responsible for these costs.
