Intimate classes, maximum of 4 people each session. Fully-equipped Pilates studio.
Studio is about having your own program of exercises that you learn and go through at your own pace. Your teacher will give you detailed feedback and hands-on adjustments to build your learning.
Aimed at practising Pilates principles/foundations and integrating them into your life.
For all ages, injuries, pre/postnatal, pre/post-surgery.

Getting started is about us getting to know you.
We want you to get the most out of every session. Both in the workout you get and the learning you take away. This means we need one-on-one time to assess your body and establish your personalised program.
If you are a Pilates beginner, then 3 private lessons must be taken before entering the classes. This allows us to teach you the Pilates principles, familiarise you with our equipment, and most importantly, establish your program.
It is important that we keep checking in with you individually. This is how we ensure you are on the right track getting the most out of your sessions.
