We started breathing training with Jakki after doctors could not stabilise Ella’s asthma. At age 13, Ella spent most of the year in hospital and we were feeling helpless – there was nothing the Doctors could do.
Jakki worked closely with Ella reassuring and encouraging us; we felt in control and safe at all times. Jakki’s professionalism and friendly manner helped us through some challenging times, she gave us the techniques to manage the symptoms which made an enormous difference
I also started using the Breathing techniques when exercising and noticed a vast improvement in my endurance. Whenever I’m feeling tired and lethargic I correct my breathing technique and sure enough I feel energised.
I use the breathing techniques in stressful situations to relieve anxiety. I would highly recommend anyone to attend Breathing training because it’s an invaluable self-assessment tool and helps you to recognise early symptoms. It also improves your energy levels and reduces symptoms of asthma. ~ Kerry, Stunt Gym
